We are liberating caviar from old prejudices. Exciting news for us and all those who love caviar and new food ideas: PEARLOSSOL, the first AKI caviar bar, is open in Berlin’s KaDeWe. ‘Fine Snacking’ is what we call the concept with which we want to surprise and inspire our guests. That means: caviar classics with a twist, regional ingredients and no fear of doing things differently.
